Drop off your kids for a relaxing Valentines night! Running from 5-8 pm on February 14 for ages 8-17, your kids will have a blast! There will be legos, robotics, art, electronics projects and more for them to do! We will provide pizza and drinks as well.

I hereby grant my permission for my child(ren) listed above to participate in any activity sponsored by LWM Inc, eNDVR and/or Aspire or to participate in an activity sponsored by another organization, hosted on LWM Inc’s property or in LWM Inc’s facilities. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with my child(ren)’s participation in the activities and hereby elect to allow my child(ren) to voluntarily participate in the activity, knowing that the activity could be potentially hazardous to my child(ren) or to his or her property. On behalf of myself and my child(ren), I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OF LOSS, PROPERTY OR PERSONAL INJURY, that may be sustained by my child(ren), or any loss or damage to property owned by myself or my child(ren), as a result of my child(ren) being engaged in activities, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF THE ORGANIZATION OR ITS VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR OTHERWISE. On behalf of myself and my child(ren), as well as our respective estates, heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE OR BRING LEGAL ACTIONS against LWN Inc, eNDVR and/or Aspire and their officers, servants, agents, employees or volunteers (hereinafter “RELEASEES”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of actions whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me, my child(ren), or to any property belonging to me or my child(ren), WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or otherwise, while participating in the activity. It is my express intent that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement (hereafter “Agreement” shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the above-named RELEASEES. I hereby further agree that this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the law of the State of Montana
