My Body, My Home, My Planet (ages 9+)
April 11, 2016 @ 9:30 am - 10:30 am
An event every week that begins at 9:30am on Monday, repeating until May 30, 2016
Featuring a wholistic approach, this English/Spanish bilingual art class is guided by the central idea that our bodies are the homes for our lives and are interconnected with our Planet, which is a home for all of our lives. Using visual arts, theater and music, we will learn about our body-planet interconnections and what each one of us can do in order to keep that connection healthy. The children will make art to develop an original theater piece to be shared with the community at the end of the session.
