This bilingual English Spanish class class offers a fun way for children to develop a sense of rhythm and strengthen their self-expression and confidence skills. It combines traditional dance instruction with community dance experience. It offers the opportunity to become familiar with the rhythms of the Afro Latin world (Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia) which are proven to be an excellent way to workout as well as increase feelings of joy and enthusiasm for life.
